Rotawise is a shift work calendar. It is designed to work offline and without collecting any personal data.

Data we collect

None. Rotawise does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no crash-reporting SDKs. The developer has no server that receives your data.

Data stored on your device

Your schedules (rotation, shift types and times, day changes, notes, overtime, vacation and sick days), pay settings, country and display preferences are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If Android backup is enabled on your device, this storage may be included in your personal Google backup under Google's own privacy terms.

Backup files

"Save backup" writes a file to a location you choose (for example your Downloads folder or your own cloud drive). "Restore" reads a file you pick. The developer never receives these files.

Permissions

Notifications – used only if you turn on shift reminders, to show a reminder on your device. Reminders are scheduled locally; nothing is sent to a server.

Calendar export and sharing

"Share month" and "Export to calendar (.ics)" open Android's share sheet with the text or file. Rotawise does not read your calendar or contacts; what you save or share is handled by the app you choose.

In-app purchase

Rotawise Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play Billing under Google's own terms. The app only asks Google Play whether Pro has been purchased on your Google account; the developer receives no payment card details.

Children

Rotawise is a planning tool for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
